What you need to know about tenderly:

Care for textiles of different fibres becomes more secure the more scrupulously a washing agent is focused on its purpose. This conclusion became decisive for the development of our products.

tenderly washes gently and thoroughly. We recommend the use of tenderly for white lingerie, underwear and nightwear in order to prevent the difficult to remove yellowing or greying of your textiles. Please do not use tenderly for the treatment of wool – our product tenemoll is best suited for the care of wool & cashmere!

For silk we recommend tenestar, only if white silk shows signs of yellowing or greying you should use tenderly. For coloured pieces made of microfibres we recommend our special washing agent teneplus. If you use tenderly for white microfibres please select a temperature not higher than 30 degrees!

Hand-washing guarantees the most careful treatment of your tender lingerie. Dosage at medium water hardness: 50 g on 5-7 litres of water. Temperature: 30-40°C. Leave to soak for 1/2 hour or longer.

Machine-washing is recommended to remove the greying or yellowing of your textiles. Your tender lingerie should be put into a laundry bag. Pre-wash is unnecessary. Dosage at medium water hardness: 100 g. If the greying or yellowing does not vanish, increase the dosage and repeat the wash. Temperature: 60°C (the instructions on the label of the garment are obligatory!). Some stains are so obstinate that they have to be discoloured.
