This website automatically collects and stores in its server log files, information that your browser transmits to it. This pertains to:

Onlineshop

Orders:

When placing an order in our online shop, it is imperative that you provide us with the personal data, which is necessary for the processing of the order. This is namely:

Your email address,
Your first and last name,
Your mailing address (street, house number, zip code and city, country).
Optionally, you can also specify a phone number for inquiries and a company name.

We shall for the purposes of the delivery, forward your postal address to our shipping service provider (in the case of deliveries to Germany, this is the DHL Paket GmbH from Bonn / Germany).

After completing the placement of the order, you have the option of creating a customer account, whereby the specification of a password is additionally required for this purpose.

Pay per invoice:

In the case of the selection of this payment method, you will receive an invoice from us, which shall be delivered along with the delivery of goods. The forwarding of your data to third parties for the purpose of payment is in this case not made.

Payment method „PayPal“:

In the case of the selection of this payment method, your order data shall be transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. You require an active PayPal account for this purpose. Customer account:

Your customer account offers you the option to acquire an insight into the current status of your order as well as an overview of already executed orders. You also hereby have the option, to edit the address data, which you have saved with us.

Setting up a customer account requires at least the specification of your name and surname, your e-mail address as well as a password.

In the case of the use of our contact form, you must grant your consent for the purpose-based processing of your entered data, prior to sending the request. Below, please find a brief explanation, with regard to what happens to your data:

All information you provide at the time of the sending of the request, is in turn transmitted to us via e-mail from our web server, as well as stored in a log file on the web server. This log file is only evaluated if necessary and moreover automatically deleted, 14 days after the date on which your message was sent. Furthermore, your request is stored in a database, whereby the data thereof is kept on file until the expiry of the applicable statutory retention periods.

For the purposes of the processing of the request, you must thereby enter the following information:

Your message,
Granted consent for data usage.

Optional information:

Company name,
Postal address,
Zip Code,

Phone number.

Processing of the data:
We use the data you enter, solely to process your request. For this purpose, the data is exclusively only made available to a limited group of individuals, who have been commissioned with the processing of dealer requests. A transfer of the data to third parties is not automatically effected and if at all only insofar as you have requested further product information material, and this is absolutely necessary for the processing of the request (e.g. transmission of the delivery address to a shipping service provider).

Acquisition of data in server log files:
Metadata entailing information about the dispatch of e-mail messages, resulting from your requests, is automatically stored by the web server and deleted at regular intervals. However, in our capacity as the operator of the website, we have no direct influence on the storage or targeted deletion of this data and do not carry out an evaluation of these server log files.

In order to be able to fulfil your wish for a data blocking at any given time, it is for control purposes, necessary to store the data earmarked for blocking in a separate lock file. Insofar as there are no statutory archiving requirements, you can also request the deletion of this data.
